
January 5th 2026 - Waste Logic is pleased to announce the promotion of Jeromy Ball to Vice President of Account Management and Client Onboarding.
Jeromy has been a strong leader within our organization, consistently focused on building trusted client relationships and delivering a seamless experience from onboarding through long-term partnerships. In his expanded role, he will lead both Account Management and Client Onboarding, creating a smooth transition from new partners to our goal of creating customers for life. This role is key as Waste Logic continues to scale nationally
Jeromy brings deep customer leadership experience to this role, including prior service as Vice President of Account Management for Canada at US-owned RTS (Recycle Track Systems), working within a large American managed services organization operating in Canada. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles across the commercial water, publishing, and airline industries. This diverse background gives him a well-rounded perspective on customer success and service execution at scale.
