October 1, 2025 - Waste Logic is pleased to announce the appointment of Rob Duthie as Chief Executive Officer, in addition to his role as President. This decision reflects the company’s accelerated growth and the disciplined operational performance achieved under his leadership over the past 18 months. Former CEO Ben Horne will transition to Executive Chair and continue to collaborate with Rob on strategic corporate development initiatives.

Since joining Waste Logic, Rob has led the company’s expansion into new national multi-site partnerships, optimized the performance and reach of its hauler network, and advanced its sustainability and technology initiatives. He has also elevated commercial and procurement capabilities, strengthened pricing governance, and established a scalable operational framework to support long-term, profitable growth.

Rob brings extensive experience leading and scaling organizations across the energy and managed waste sectors. Most recently, as CEO of RecycleSmart, he guided the company through national expansion and a successful sale to New York based Recycle Track Systems (RTS), where he then served as COO for North America. As President and now CEO of Waste Logic, Rob will continue driving the company’s growth by expanding its technology-driven approach, improving national service delivery, and building predictable, high-quality recurring revenue through long-term client partnerships.
